Rates are regionally competitive.

We can discuss compensation based on the size of your project or how many hours it will take to complete.

Automobile Mileage billed at .47 per mile

Project supplies billed at cost

Standard Hourly Rates

Discounted Monthly Retainer Rates
or
Per Project Rates

Terms:

A short and simple contract will be signed for your protection

50% due at signing, balance due upon project completion and before work will be released

Minimum contracted time is 2 hours per week

Invoices will be issued monthly for ongoing clients

Payment is due within 14 days of the date of issue

To keep banking costs down, business or cashiers checks are accepted but PayPal is also an option.

Rates are not set in stone! I am open to discussion regarding them and what you feel your project is worth to come to an agreeable partnership.
